You may have heard of colloidal silver before, but did you know that there are many wonderful uses for it?
What is colloidal silver?
Colloidal silver is made from tiny silver particles that are in a liquid, it has powerful antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiviral properties that make it great for using on cuts, burns, and infections!
1- Injuries
We use colloidal silver on all of our animals! It has helped heal cuts of all sorts on our chickens, cats, and even goats. It is one of my favorite things to use, because it is also antibacterial and helps to keep the infected area clean.
2- Digestive problems
You can use colloidal silver as a natural antibiotic and best of all it won’t kill off any of the good bacteria in their gut, this is especially great for goats or animals that have a rumen because they need that good bacteria!
3- Infections
If any of your animals have any sort of infection they can take some colloidal silver to help fight off whatever is causing it!
4- Drinking water
Using colloidal silver in your animals drinking water is great because it will act as a sanitizer and will help to prevent any bad bacteria from growing! It is also used to help treat and prevent E. coli infection in chickens. By using colloidal silver in the water it will keep it clear from any E. coli bacteria!
