Recipes to use up extra eggs!

It is now that time of the year when our chickens are producing eggs like crazy! If you are in the same boat that I am in then this is the article for you. So today I am going to be sharing with you some of my favorite recipes that use up lots of eggs.

This delicious Dutch baby recipe is one of our favorite breakfast recipes. It is super easy and uses up a good amount of eggs. Depending on how many people you are feeding I would highly recommend doubling it. (We usually triple it in order for it to make enough for us.)

Another great breakfast that uses up a lot of eggs is a quiche. In general quiches require a lot of eggs plus you can double it and freeze the leftovers for a different time! We base our recipe off this one but we make a homemade crust, and we also substitute turkey bacon for bacon and the end result is fantastic!

This tater tot breakfast casserole is a super yummy make ahead breakfast, and best of all it uses a good amount of eggs! So if you are looking for a new and delicious breakfast recipe then make sure that you try this one out.

Challah bread is a wonderful way to use up extra eggs and if you have never made bread before it is super easy too! There is something about the fancy braided part that makes it look super impressive, so if you are wanting to use up some of your eggs then I would definitely recommend trying your hand at making it.

This pound cake recipe uses up to 12 whole egg yolks! So if you are looking for a recipe that uses a bunch of yolks look no further. And if you have extra egg whites then make sure to try making meringue cookies, they are so delicious!

So there you go! These are some of my favorite ways to use up my extra eggs. Let me know in the comments what your favorite recipes (that use a lot of eggs) are!
